My dad gave me a poster of this when I was little and I kept it on my wall through all of my teenage years. It might have helped because I'm certainly not a Type-A personality.

I need to read this to myself everyday.....my girlfriend tells me at least once a week...my god your one persistent pain in the ass.....and I am for a reason..I want to succeed..I'm bound and determand
