Ohhh, I missed your birthday... :-(

Happy belated birthday, dewitte! I hope all the good wishes are still carrying you along!
That's okay - I have a five day leniency period, so you're still good.

Thank you!!!
Yes, they were courses, thank you very much. All stolen directly from The Melting Pot without the $500 price tag. I don't think anything gets much better than cooking steak, chicken and shrimp in red wine and vegetable broth with good friends and tons of laughter. I think the person that invented fondue did it so everybody would slow down and enjoy the company.
Aw, I'm so happy to hear that you had a good birthday! ^__^ That's just great.

If you're looking for an easy way to thank everyone for the wishes on Facebook, a simple thing like updating your status with a "wants to thank everyone for all the great birthday wishes" message always works. That's what I usually do on my birthday, at least!

Have fun with the new DS games. I bought Brain Age 2 for Shawn and he loves it just as much as the first one. In fact, those games got us both hooked on Sudoku for the DS. ^__^

Yay for birthdays, fondue, and mountain bikes! I've been bugging Steve to take me to the Melting Pot, oh, for awhile now. The last time I had fondue was in my 10th grade French class. I think it's about time I had it again.

So, was ham one of the meats? Ham and melty cheese sounds heavenly.

Wow - Ham never even occurred to me to have in fondue - but you're really right on that one. Ham would make a great addition. Maybe when I "make it mine" - I'll have a ham and cheese fondue.

Mmmmm a fondue party, fruit and cheese etc geez I would have given you both my mountain bikes for just a taste!! Jamie's food sounds heavenly.

ps Is it a Mongoose? Looks like it from the photo...

[this is good]
Happy belated birthday! Get Smart and fondue are two very good things!!
No, I actually forget the name at the moment - it's nameless or "none of the above". Not a Mongoose, though. Some guy in Va Beach had a Mongoose for $50, but he said the shifter was broken and although he didn't mention it, the brake looked broken in the picture. I didn't really want to buy a project.
