I post a lot of news.  Not because I'm a news beacon or trying to be the news center of Vox, but because I find interest in stories and then by posting them, I know when the happened and kind of keep a timeline of my own along with relative anecdotes of my own.

I've been doing this a long time, it seems.  In 1983 I purchased a Radio Shack Model III for $1100 and immediately set it up as a BBS so people could send/receive messages. 

Now look at me - 2007 and I'm still sending and receiving messages.  I KNEW I should have invested in something.

Darn computers...*^%@&!!
